I told you a few months ago that I had to detox my liver, that the liver was the culprit to my anemia and poor blood lab results. I have been drinking hot lemon water every morning and taking a liver detox supplement recommended by my doctor.
I also started doing this handy little exercise with Yoga with Adriene! Whether you have a liver issue, or need a little detox (and we all do) this is a great, level entry workout! If you want to try to start inching in to a detox, and make a real impact on health, here are 2 easy steps;
Do not eat after 7 PM. Drink warm lemon water or herbal tea only.
Be in bed sleeping by 11 PM.
These 2 changes in your routine will start the process of healing in your body and helping it to calm down enough to rebuild it self.
You may want to mix a few drops of each of these oils in with some Epsom Salt for a bath before bed as well. marjoram, lavender, neroli, orange, chamomile, sandalwood and rose- 2 drops of each in 1 C. of Epsom salt will be calming and restorative to your body and mind.If you only have some of the oils, use as many or as little as you have.
