Arrow Root, Healthy Tummies and Weight Loss.

Here are some healthy ideas to help you continue on your health journey! As I told you a while ago, I have been on an ongoing detox to help re build my liver. Some of the recipes I have come across, include arrow root. As I started eating these recipes….I realized that it immediately increased my elimination! Since that is a definite benefit, especially while on a detox diet, I decided to check out this little wonder!
