If we are talking about Holistic Health, there is some thing that you can do every day to greatly improve your overall health and it doesn’t cost a penny!
What is it, you ask? Be grateful. Take a few minutes every morning and meditate on what you are thankful for. I know I always need reminded to do this, I wish it came more naturally for me. If it is completely new to you, pick three new things a day that you can be thankful for.
In this new venture, I have been SO ENCOURAGED by friends and loved ones….. I am thankful for that. I have also met so many new and interesting people…..I am grateful for that as well. I have also been dealing with not so pleasant things…..but I can say; “It is well with my soul”, because it makes me have to surrender and that makes me die to myself and makes me stronger at the same time……so I am thankful even for the hard things in life.
I want to take this time to thank everyone who has emailed, come out to see us, or sent us a shout out on Face Book! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I thank God for each of you, you have made this venture worth doing and I love the friendships that are fortifying.
I am also thankful for my daughter, friend and co-worker, Hannah. She is an inspiration to me and I am grateful for the opportunity we have had this summer. We do not know what today or tomorrow will bring, but we can find something in every day to be thankful for.
